THE TRANSPORT IN VINEYARD OF THE SEA is VERY ORDERLY it is VERY DIFFERENT TO THE OTHER chili CITIES for example
The Meter is a means of massive transport. another means of transport is At the moment the Airport in the airport of Torquemada of Vineyard of the Sea it doesn't operate any airline. Formerly the airline Ladeco had, like one of its routes, this airport. The company stopped to fly the route due to the lack of enough passengers as so that it was profitable. The reason of this, is that it was quicker and more economic to travel to Santiago in car or in bus that to move to the airport whose location is enough far from the city.
there is also a Plan of Transport Subway of the Great Valparaíso which allows to the cities Vineyard of the Sea, Concón, Quilpué, German Villa and Valparaíso to have an organized system of transport, which has as preference to offer order, security and tranquility to the users.

The disappearance of the city of The Serene one

Some popular statements say: "The love moves mountains or The love is stronger", but after knowing the following history we should establish one that said: "The love makes disappear cities."    

And it is that the legend of the Disappearance of the city of The Serene one counts us Welded Juan's history, a youth good lover and very humble that falls in love of the only daughter of the rich cacique of the city. In spite of their father's emphatic rejection, the girl falls in love with Welded Juan and she decides to marry him. The Pincoya

  

In a single woman  rests the luck of the fishermen of the island of Chiloé. It is a well-known siren as The Pincoya whose mission is deeply bound to the femaleness: to fecundate all the alive beings of the sea. This way, the abundance or shortage of fish and shellfish will depend on their kindness. When the Pincoya leaves the depths of the sea every morning and its dance begins with the extended arms looking to the sea, it corresponds to the announcement that the fishing will be abundant. On the contrary, if she dances in address to the coast it means that the fish will go away. It is supposed that this happens when the siren has estimated necessary to drag the wealth of the sea toward other needier areas.  

So that the fishermen are favored by the Pincoya they should maintain a positive, cheerful attitude and of companionship. Also, they should rotate the places where fish, since the extraction abuse in oneself place a reason of anger it is considered for the Pincoya who decides to abandon that area leaving it sterile.  

Another version that relates it with a nymph of hair of gold that made emerge from the bottom of the sea a trunk of solid gold on which combed its hair by means of its whistles also exists and the one that brought prosperity and abundance to the costs. During the nights it intoned loving songs that bewitched to who listened to them.  

 All went in search of the Pincoya to request him favors, but suddenly it disappeared of the place. It is said that it was stolen to impregnate from good fortune to new costs.

THE CALEUCHE

It counts the legend that the Caleuche is a ship ghost that navigates for the seas of Chiloé and the multiple channels of the south. Powerful sorcerers conform their company, the one that navigates only at nights, never with light by day.
According to the popular belief people that have died drowned they are picked up by this mysterious ship from the depths of the sea to be welcomed in the eternal life. Although the craft offers home to those that have shipwrecked, it is not similar of gentile with those that have dared to direct him the front look. The navigators punish to the fearless ones twisting them the mouth or the back, and even in occasions, giving them the death.
To hide of the not wanted looks, The Caleuche has the easiness of becoming a simple floating timber or simply to become invisible. Other they identify it as the ship that hides in the fog that him same he generates to hide of people.
Nevertheless, the Caleuche can also be compassionate. When it navigates near the costs and he takes possession of certain people, it takes them to visit cities installed in the bottom of the sea, revealing them the locations of the big hidden fortunes in the sea and allowing them to enjoy them with the threatening condition that they maintain those secrets until the death. Valparaiso is a big and modern city. On one hand the weather in summer time is always hot between December and June with very high temperatures. A tourist usually wears cotton t-shirts, shorts, sandals, sun glasses and sometimes a cap. A tourist loves going to the beach and playing different sports like beach volleyball, swimming or surfing. He or she enjoys going dancing at night to a local disco, or having dinner at a good typical restaurant. On the other hand the weather in winter time is usually cold and rainy between July and September with very low temperatures. A tourist often wears warm and heavy jackets with a scarf, gloves and a woolen hat. He or she usually likes going prefer to spend time with their families having a drink a cup of chocolate at the hotel. Spring is usually warm and that is ideal for tourist to visit the city in these times of the year. The porteños usually speak Spanish .They are usually very catholic. The main attraction of Valparaiso original architecture. Is a mixture of Spanish architecture colonial with European styles .In Valparaiso are ways to utilize mass transit the popular cable cars or elevators function of communicating to the top of the city centre, besides being strong concerning tourism.
